Folds to approximately 20×30 cm (8×12 inches) and unfolds to approximately 40×30 cm (16×12 inches). Stands upright for drying.
Antibacterial for hygienic use. Only 6 mm thick when folded, so storage is no hassle.
Despite its 3mm thinness, it provides excellent blade contact thanks to a special three-layer structure: hard resin sandwiched between soft resin layers. The blade contacts the soft resin, prolonging knife life. Both sides are usable. The material incorporates antibacterial agents, ensuring hygiene and peace of mind.

Notes
・Cannot be sterilized by boiling.
・Can be bleached with chlorine-based bleach.
・When using a dishwasher, use the low-temperature cycle (rinse temperature approx. 50°C) and avoid stacking dishes on top of the product. This may cause deformation.
